Commercialization Experience
Since the ownership transition in October 2000 ADA has met with considerable success relative to its commercialization program. As noted elsewhere our business model is focused on the commercialization of technology via several potential mechanisms: Business Manufacturing (creation and spinout of new business entities), Licensing or outright sale of technology and formation of joint ventures. We currently have examples of all of these mechanisms under way.
